Inventory for U.S. customer orders is stored, packed, fulfilled, and shipped through our U.S. Fulfillment & Returns Facility in Erie, Pennsylvania, United States.

U.S. customer orders are shipped domestically through applicable carriers such as USPS or UPS.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Delivery dates and carrier transit times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed by the applicable carrier.

Product returns must follow the authorization and eligibility requirements contained in our Refund & Return Policy.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of any mandatory consumer-protection rights, remedies, jurisdictional rights, or other protections available under applicable law that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted by contract.
